The Nutrition and Food Security Bureau of Chinese Center For Disease Control And Prevention researched by compared with Camellia oil and Olive oil, and showed that: Camellia oil and Olive oil have similar nutrition composition, however Camellia oil include much more rich nutrition, of which containing fatty acids (not saturated fatty acids 93%,among which oil acid 82%, sub-oil acid 11%), and Camellia glycosides, and tea polyphenol, and SOAP glycosides, and tanning quality, and rich in Triacontahexaene with anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effect, Triacontahexaene and Flavonoids compounds have certain effect against cancer.
