Product Description
Montepulciano is one of the most famous black berried vines in Italy, presented in Abruzzo since the mid-18th century. It is a grape that gives good yields and with an intense color (which varies from ruby to violet depending on the vintage and the particular winemaking techniques used), low acidity , soft and discreet tannins.
Selected grapes are all harvested by hand. Soft pressing, maceration and fermentation all at controlled temperature. Presents as deep ruby red color and fruity, vinous, spicy perfume. Dry, harmonious flavor with a slightly bitter aftertaste is the feature of it.
Ideal to taste with pasta dishes, pizza, light dishes, meats, cheeses and the whole meal. It is favored by the young a lot . We recommend to be served at 16-17°C.
